<p>This is highly skilled and lead work involving the maintenance and repair of city buildings and other facilities. Work is performed under the general supervision of a designated supervisor. The employee is expected to give guidance and direction to less experienced or seasonal employees and may serve as a crew leader on special projects.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES </p> <p>The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job.
