<p>EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY</p> <p>POSITION TITLE: Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Equipment & Yard</p> <p>LOCATION: Niagara Falls, New York</p> <p>SALARY RANGE: $22 to $35 per hour</p> <p>JOB NUMBER: 2024-6140-02</p> <p>DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor looking for a Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic based at our corporate office in Niagara Falls, New York.</p> <p>The daily work will include:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all phases of heavy construction equipment repair and overhaul </li></ul> <p>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Minimum five years' prior work experience required on a variety of heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, off-road haulers, and loaders. Other job requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>Must have own tools </li><li>Ability to rebuild diesel and gasoline engines a plus </li><li>Must have valid NYS driver's license </li></ul> <p>SALARY/BENEFITS:</p> <p>An employee's salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
