<p>Job#: 3025803</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Python Developer</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Duration: 12 months</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>The candidate will be responsible for the analysis and development of applications on a trading platform. This role involves building out and supporting a remote risk stack for various asset classes. The position also includes developing analytics and pricing components for a hedge accounting platform, and participating in the design and development of applications while collaborating with multiple teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and develop applications on the Quartz trading platform. </li><li>Build and support the remote risk stack for various asset classes traded by the Global Funding/CIO desk. </li><li>Develop analytics and pricing components for the FAS133 hedge accounting platform. </li><li>Drive and participate in the design and development of applications. </li><li>Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization. </li><li>Utilize design and architectural patterns for application development. </li><li>Work with modern technologies such as API management, REST/API integration, Containers, and Microservices. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of Python. </li><li>Proficiency with Quartz, including key components like Sandra, Bob, and Hugs. </li><li>Experience with the Quartz remote risk framework and calculators. </li><li>Experience in Web UI development using tools such as Angular and Spring. </li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools. </li><li>Knowledge of SQL. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in application design and development. </li><li>Understanding of risk and P/L generation for financial instruments. </li><li>Knowledge of various financial instruments including Bonds, Interest rate swaps, Repo, and FX products. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $60.00 to $65.06 per hour.
