<ul> <li>Supply ship dates for Sales Orders impacted by parts shortages. </li><li>Maintain material master data, safety stock levels, and forecasts for all facilities in the U.S. </li><li>Maintain planning system integrity and optimize parameters relative to material planning data. </li><li>Ensure accurate purchase order (PO) dates are maintained and updated in MRP system. </li><li>Create and release internal production orders to manufacture parts locally. </li><li>Communicate, resolve, and expedite delays in material receipts with relevant departments. </li><li>Order Airfreight components from internal suppliers for material shortages within company guidelines. </li><li>Research, investigate, and resolve purchase order (PO) receipt and shipping discrepancies. </li><li>Interact and collaborate with internal suppliers, manufacturing, sales, engineering, warehousing, logistics, and accounting. </li><li>Prepare inventory and performance reports. </li><li>Perform special assignments as assigned by Manager. </li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. APICS certification is a plus. </li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in material planning or equivalent experience required. </li><li>Skills and Key Attributes: </li><li>Customer service driven mindset. </li><li>Self-disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. </li><li>Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. </li><li>Ability to effectively lead and coordinate multiple, complex requests and projects. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, formulas, pivot tables) preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in SAP (preferred) or similar ERP experience </li><li>Collaborative communicator with internal and external customers. </li><li>Ability to accurately communicate ideas, instructions, problems, and solutions. </li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds. </li></ul>
