Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing & Communications Account Coordinator has an assigned operational area to support and is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to plan and execute specific objectives in alignment with marketing and communications strategy to build brand consistency and overall growth and retention of the identified target audience(s).</p> <p>This role will be accountable for the marketing and communications of the nursing discipline across the organization, including but not limited to the development of a student pipeline, recruitment of new staff and retention of existing staff.</p> <p>PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:</p> <ul> <li>Assumes accountability for the marketing and communications of the nursing discipline, including leading and developing relationships while maximizing return for key stakeholders. </li><li>Recommends digital and traditional marketing strategies, public relations and internal communication components to meet marketing and/or communication needs. </li><li>Presents plans and results to key stakeholders. </li><li>Informs assigned Marketing and/or Communications team on the execution of defined expectations and implementation of all marketing and/or communications plan components. </li><li>Supports the execution of marketing and communications initiatives through the Division's project management system. </li><li>Remains familiar with health care trends, operations, data sources and consumer behavior to effectively support the designated client and organizational goals. </li><li>Coordinates and traffics ad buys, serving as a liaison to external vendors. </li><li>Ensures the timely delivery of services and products to clients. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience working within a marketing and communications role. </li><li>2 years of experience working with health care clients and/or those aligned to the operational function this role supports. </li></ul> <p>Other Skills/ Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. </li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic insights and recommendations. </li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure. </li><li>Previous utilization of a project management platform to manage multiple projects. </li><li>Must be flexible and adaptable to unexpected changes. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Experience: Direct or indirect leadership working within the marketing and communications field.</p> <p>Licensure/ Certification:</p> <p>Certified Digital Marketing Professional through Digital Marketing Institute or Professional Certified Marketer through American Marketing Association</p> <p>OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
