And we foster a supportive, people-first work environment.</p> <p>"We know the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don't hesitate to apply - we'd love to hear from you."</p> <p>General Purpose and Scope of Position:</p> <p>Responsible for management of inventory, order processing, and safety including warehouse duties such as stocking and retrieving items, driving forklift, and general housekeeping.</p> <p>Key Skills and Abilities Include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Possession of a valid commercial Class A driver's license with a good driving record</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift Driver and Driving Certification (offered on the job)</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows, Windows applications</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, and pallet jack</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Personal Attributes Include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employees</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook</p> </li><li> <p>Possess the leadership skills to effectively lead warehouse team</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Strong oral and written communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide support to drivers, and warehouse personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the efficient operation of the yard, warehouse, and all vehicles</p> </li><li> <p>Provide inventory management in the best overall economic interest of the company</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee daily and monthly inventory counts</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves, or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting loading and dispatching of custom applicators</p> </li><li> <p>Take action expeditiously on all aged and damaged inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Provide additional oversight to the maintenance of equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Determine storage location of products</p> </li><li> <p>Complete Hazardous Material shipping papers and train drivers, warehouse helpers, and customers about transportation rules and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Meet and complete all WECO regulatory safety and training requirements, including physical exams, self, and other branch employees</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures that all parts are in stock, maintains proper inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and maintain safety training and records</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that the warehouse has proper safety signs</p> </li><li> <p>Become well-rounded in all aspects of the branch to ensure profitability</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.33 to $25.74 per hour.
