<p>The Club at Eaglebrooke, located in Lakeland, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Cart Attendant/Outside Operations! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot </li><li>Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings </li><li>Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning </li><li>Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area </li><li>Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition </li><li>Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Troon </li><li>Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth </li><li>Assist players by changing their golf spikes if needed </li><li>Perform range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day </li><li>Direct start of play when necessary </li><li>Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs </li><li>Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return </li><li>Assist with food and beverage activities </li><li>Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play </li><li>Incorporate safe work practices in job performance </li><li>Perform other duties as required </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or training </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Regular and reliable attendance </li></ul> <p>About Troon:</p> <p>Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, specializing in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
