Underpinned by technology, data, analytics, AI, change management, talent and sustainability capabilities, our Strategy & Consulting services help architect and accelerate all aspects of an organization's total enterprise reinvention.</p> <p>The Work</p> <ul> <li> <p>Understand client challenges and articulate the value of AMI and Smart Meter transformation in terms of measurable business outcomes (e.g., reliability, operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue protection)</p> </li><li> <p>Work with utilities to design and support the implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), smart metering, and related platforms (e.g., Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), head-end systems, communications networks, and field operations integration)</p> </li><li> <p>Support AMI programs across the lifecycle, including strategy, business case development, deployment planning, system integration, and operational optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a guide and mentor to analysts and senior analysts, providing coaching on utilities processes, AMI technology, and consulting best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously learn and bring new technologies and innovative AMI and grid-edge solutions to clients, including analytics, automation, and data-driven insights</p> </li><li> <p>Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Build trusted advisor relationships with clients across business and IT, from program leadership to field and operations teams</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage and integrate AMI and enterprise data to uncover insights and enable evidence-based decision making across operations, customer, and regulatory use cases</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electric utilities industry</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of functional experience working with AMI, smart meters, or meter-to-cash capabilities (e.g., MDMS, HES, field deployment, communications networks)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting utility transformation initiatives related to metering, grid modernization, or customer operations</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven success contributing to a team-oriented, collaborative environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a structured problem-solving environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interest in technology-enabled transformation and information systems</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.</p> <p>As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.</p> <p>We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.</p> <p>Information on benefits is here.</p> <p>Role Location Annual Salary Range</p> <p>California $63,800 to $205,800</p> <p>Cleveland $59,100 to $164,600</p> <p>Colorado $63,800 to $177,800</p> <p>District of Columbia $68,000 to $189,300</p> <p>Illinois $59,100 to $177,800</p> <p>Maryland $63,800 to $177,800</p> <p>Massachusetts $63,800 to $189,300</p> <p>Minnesota $63,800 to $177,800</p> <p>New York/New Jersey $59,100 to $205,800</p> <p>Washington $68,000 to $189,300</p> <p>Locations</p>
