<p>Job Summary: Answer calls and perform risk assessments for patients seeking Behavioral Health Services.</p> <p>Must be self motivated and work in a busy environment.</p> <p>Qualifications: Minimum of an Associates Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.</p> <p>A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service with concentration in behavioral health and substance abuse treatments.</p> <p>Have knowledge of insurance verification and be able to work within several different computer programming.</p> <p>Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Day shift availability required for training</p> <p>Experience with EPIC preferred</p> <p>You are being hired to replace a striking employee.
