Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.</p> <p>Total Rewards at a Glance- VPs</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The role of the Facility Chief Medical Officer (CMO) ensures high quality, patient-centered care by leading clinical and quality initiatives that support consistent clinical performance and practice standards across the hospital. The CMO facilitates the analysis of quality performance and prioritization improvement opportunities and consults on issues involving physicians. The CMO in coordination with Medical Directors is accountable to the Human Resources functions including recruitment, engagement, and performance management of Physicians.
