<p>Essential Functions & Key Areas of Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Respond promptly to internal user support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. Document recurring issues and identify training opportunities for discussion with the system manager. </li><li>Configure and maintain user accounts in alignment with system control protocols, ensuring secure and streamlined access. </li><li>Conduct thorough testing of system updates to verify that all change requirements are met. Coordinate upgrade schedules, communicate changes effectively to users, and manage any associated downtime. </li><li>Complete detailed change management records for all modifications made in the live environment, ensuring transparency and traceability. </li><li>Continuously monitor and adjust system workflows and settings to support evolving business needs and enhance operational efficiency. </li><li>Engage regularly with business units to assess system performance, prioritize requests, and explore opportunities for process improvement and innovation. </li><li>Proactively identify and propose system improvements to stakeholders, driving efficiency and enhancing user experience. </li><li>Act as a liaison with third-party vendors to maintain and optimize system interfaces and integrations. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert, project lead, or team member on key initiatives, contributing technical insight and strategic guidance. </li><li>Develop and deliver user training sessions as requested, ensuring stakeholders are equipped to use systems effectively. </li><li>Assist with internal and external system audits, ensuring compliance and readiness. </li><li>Encompass mortgage LOS and/or Maxwell POS experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>We'd prefer to have this role based in Billings, Helena, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, or Missoula-but we're flexible!
