<p>Job Title: Project Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Project Management Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm</p> <p>General Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals. Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures. Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones Budget Management: Monitor costs and ensure projects stay within budget Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and manage performance Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and reports</p> <p>Minimum Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field Experience:</p> <p>5-10 years of project management experience working with a variety of different projects from easy to complex, experience managing conversion projects a plus A minimum of 5 years' banking experience, preferred</p> <p>Specific Skills:</p> <p>Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teams, Mondays, Jira, Etc.) Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification preferred) Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects, detail oriented, not afraid to make decisions, and demonstrates initiative, professional appearance and demeanor Ability to think outside the box and work with minimal supervision Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality of non-public information Proficiency in word, excel spreadsheets as well as M365 suite of products, including Teams Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills Problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Willingness and ability to work outside normal business hours</p> <p>Licenses: PMP or similar certification preferred</p> <p>Physical requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
