<p>The Afternoon Drive Host is responsible to grow the listening audience for WCSG through the execution of communicating compelling content on WCSG, on the stations website and social media platforms, and through remote/event appearances. We are a personality-driven station with an emphasis on highlighting our audience and this person should reflect those values. The core of Cornerstone University is defined and driven by its Christ-centered mission and Biblical confession.</p> <p>CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Salaried</p> <p>REPORTS TO: WCSG Program Director</p> <p>DEPT: Radio</p> <p>LOCATION: Grand Rapids, Michigan</p> <p>Salary: $55,000/year</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Host/produce WCSG Afternoon Drive Show </li><li>Assist with daily show prep and follow-up through air checks </li><li>Develop a consistent quality and quantity of listener interaction and original content via phone, mail, email, Facebook/other social media platforms </li><li>Enhance listening rapport/relationships through station associated events and on-site broadcast appearances </li><li>Mon-Fri live/Sat tracked </li><li>Serve as a representative of Radio and Cornerstone University at various events and activities in our community </li><li>All Cornerstone University employees will regularly interact with students in a variety of projects, activities, and settings.
