This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, Ohio office.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Learns to prepare and submit product filings, including rates, rules, and forms, to state insurance departments. </li><li>Learns to monitor and track the status of filings, ensuring timely responses to regulatory inquiries. </li><li>Participates in collaborating with product development, actuarial, and legal teams to gather necessary information for filings. </li><li>Learns to review and interpret state insurance regulations to ensure compliance. </li><li>Assists with maintaining detailed records of all filings and correspondence with regulators. </li><li>Assists with providing updates and reports to management on filing activities and outcomes. </li><li>May assist with implementing process improvements to enhance filing efficiency and accuracy. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.</p> <p>Experience: No prior work experience is required.</p> <p>Scope of Job/Qualifications: Works on assignments of low technical complexity and coordination. Develops working knowledge of company policies, regulatory agencies, and current trends in ensuring product filing compliance. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Develops analytical skills with the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
