<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Provide administrative, operational, and front-facing support to the Talent Team. Coordinate onboarding documentation and employee record processes, manage HR communications, and oversee front desk operations. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors while supporting efficient day-to-day Human Resources functions.</p> <p>Essential Duties</p> <p>Assist new hires with completing onboarding and new-hire paperwork, including capturing ID photos and creating employee badges.</p> <p>Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential HR files and employee records, including I-9 compliance, audits, scanning documents, and processing status change forms.</p> <p>Manage background checks and drug screens for applicants recommended for hire.</p> <p>Maintain the front desk manual and ensure front desk operations run smoothly.</p> <p>Monitor and manage the HR email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing information appropriately.</p> <p>Process digital, verbal, and written communications, including mail distribution.</p> <p>Maintain an organized filing system for new-hire documentation and other HR records.</p> <p>Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR department.</p> <p>Demonstrate the ability to quickly establish rapport with individuals from all backgrounds and professional levels.</p> <p>Exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.</p> <p>Work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment.</p> <p>Perform any and all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Two years of relevant experience.</p> <p>High school diploma or GED Degree required.</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.</p> <p>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</p> <p>Ability to quickly learn payroll management systems, HRIS platforms, onboarding software, and similar computer applications.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</p> <p>Experience with NEOED/NEOGOV and Ellucian Banner software.</p> <p>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.</p>
