<p>Hiring for a Program Management Apprentice in Manchester, CT!</p> <p>As a Program Management Apprentice, you will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, coordinating and prioritizing the manager's schedule, and maintaining a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. You will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, answer and screen phone calls, provide facility tours, conduct research, and compile statistical reports. The workday is divided equally between the shop floor, which is a semi-clean room, and desk work. The dress code is business casual. You will work closely with the Program Manager Leader, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Tooling Engineer. Full-time salaried employees receive an extra two weeks off around the December and New Year holiday season. This role offers a salaried contract with paid time off and holidays, and provides career training to become a Program Manager, which is highly sought after by recent engineering graduates.
