The Project Manager will be responsible for project management and identification, development and implementation, including providing staff support in planning and managing departmental and organizational initiatives and administrative projects. Facilitates information exchange between JHHC senior management and departments, Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) entities, vendors/consultants and outside agencies.</p> <p>The Project Manager II & III job function is responsible for the management of one or more projects. The project manager will drive projects from original concept through final implementation. The PM will also develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Projects may span two or more organizational boundaries and follow Traditional or Agile project management practices. The PM will primarily focus on initiatives that help to run and grow the business</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management or related</p> <p>degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.</p> <p>Required Licensure Certification, etc.</p> <p>Project Manager III: For candidates hired and/or promoted after January 1, 2021, Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification required.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Requires 5-7 years of experience managing that must include: </li><li>Minimum three (3) years providing project or team leadership </li><li>Minimum three (3) years' experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies </li><li>Minimum three (3) years' experience managing project budgets </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: Minimum 37.60/visit - Maximum 62.08/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
