We currently have an opportunity for a Conversion Machine Operator located at our plant in Tamaqua, PA.</p> <p>Pay: $21.85/hour</p> <ul> <li>No mandatory overtime </li><li>Two 3-day weekends </li><li>Work only 15 days out of the month </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>As a Conversion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating our production lines to achieve optimum performance and quality.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</p> <ul> <li>Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives. </li><li>Perform routine operator equipment and process adjustments. </li><li>Oversee all packers and assist with their training. </li><li>Set up production line according to specific orders. </li></ul> <p>In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in our production process and will help ensure that we are creating the best products in the industry!
