<ul> <li> <p>Technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Using provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins.</p> </li><li> <p>Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with and support the JHC product manufactures</p> </li><li> <p>Attend and participate in required trainings</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the after hour and weekend 'On-Call' rotation</p> </li><li> <p>Be a team player, and work well as group</p> </li><li> <p>Always build and cultivate solid relationships</p> </li><li> <p>This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications.
