The role delivers brief interventions, triage, and streamlined referrals to behavioral health resources; offers skills coaching (stress management, CBT/MI techniques), and collaborates with the outpatient clinical manager and the Chief Wellness Officer to strengthen resident, fellow, medical students, and staff wellbeing throughout training.
