<p>What Chemistry Services contributes to Cardinal Health</p> <p>Chemistry Services Center perform laboratory testing of our stability testing for pharmaceutical products of Cardinal Health. Chemistry Services is a part of QRMA Scientific Services. Under the umbrella of QRMA, the Chemistry Service Center will perform Assay and impurity tests for stability testing for solid dose pharmaceuticals.</p> <p>Below are Responsibilities and requirements for the Position of Project Coordinator (P1) at a Quality Organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages the life cycle of pharmaceutical stability studies.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs essential routine laboratory tasks (e.g., reagent preparation, sample extraction, sample preparation) per standard operating procedures or written instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs routine analytical testing by standard operating procedures or written instructions (e.g., pH, UV absorbance, HPLC, GC gravimetric analysis, Karl Fisher, visual inspection, titrations, compendial tests, etc.) as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Operates and maintains the equipment necessary to perform functions noted above including calibration of equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs sample stability control by:</p> </li><li> <p>Receiving and logging stability samples for testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining sample integrity during the stability life cycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Printing and affixing testing labels on all containers.</p> </li><li> <p>Transferring samples to appropriate long term or accelerated chambers.</p> </li><li> <p>Removing samples from stability chambers at designated intervals.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and maintains sterile glassware for the sample preparation process. Processes glassware through washer, autoclave and depyrogenation oven as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Operates, cleans, and maintains incubators, hoods and other routinely utilized equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains an efficient and clean work area by organizing and maintaining the sample stability chambers as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains laboratory safety via safe laboratory practices and proper use of well-maintained safety-related equipment and PPE.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all laboratory operations consistent with GLP and GMP as appropriate.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>B.S. degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience</p> </li><li> <p>0-2 years of experience, preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a quick learner; highly motivated, able to work independently and under supervision, and follow prescribed methods and procedures (SOPs).</p> </li><li> <p>LIMS experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess the ability to multitask.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be detail oriented, reliable, and meticulous.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess strong communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel knowledge preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be an effective team player in a supporting role.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to both follow and question instructions.</p> </li></ul> <p>What is expected of you and others at this level</p> <ul> <li> <p>Works on basic and routine assignments.</p> </li><li> <p>Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to all quality guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Works under close supervision.
