To learn more about USC benefits, access the "Working at USC" section on the Applicant Portal at https://uscjobs.sc.edu.</p> <p>Position Description</p> <p>Advertised Job Summary</p> <p>Community Health Worker will work with licensed research nurse (RN) and other team team members to assist in coordinating and delivering a telehealth/remote intervention with patients with chronic health conditions, as well as their Carepartners, for a research study funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that seeks to improve current and future chronic illness management among adults and their caregivers (Carepartners) in medically underserved and rural areas of South Carolina. Work collaboratively and efficiently with the research team to deliver the intervention component of the study in accordance with the protocol, study procedures, and established timelines.
