<p>Family Nurse Practitioner - Anderson</p> <p>Open Door Health Services (ODHS) is seeking a full-time, Family Nurse Practitioner at our Anderson Family Practice location. We are in need of a NP who can provide family practice services in our federally qualified health center (FQHC). Occasional bending, stretching or lifting up to 40 pounds. </li><li>Requires the ability to work under stressful situations. </li><li>Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range or use of approved adaptive equipment. </li><li>Skill in exercising initiative, listening, judgement, discretion, and decision-making to achieve quality patient care. </li><li>Able to prioritize work, assignments, work independently, and perform duties efficiently. </li><li>Understanding of individual socio-economic status and lifestyle with respect to individual differences. </li><li>All nurse practitioners must have written collaborative agreement with a licensed physician according to the requirements of the Indiana State Board of Nursing. </li></ul> <p>Typical Working Environment: Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substance, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to clinic environment. Tasks involve contact with blood or body substances.</p> <p>Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program, testing, and certification.</p> <p>Experience: Three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting preferred.</p> <p>Certificate/License:</p> <p>Possession of an Indiana State Registered Nurse license.</p> <p>Possession of Indiana State Nurse Practitioner Authorization license.</p> <p>DEA certification.</p> <p>CSR registration.</p> <p>CPR & First Aid Certification</p>
