Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills. It is also expected that warehouse specialist has adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments.</p> <p>Essential responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate domestic and international shipments for raw materials, intermediates, drug substance, and drug product </li><li>Manage freight forwarders and carriers; monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues </li><li>Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation </li><li>Support temperature-controlled, time-sensitive, and high-value shipments </li><li>Ensure logistics activities comply with GMP/GDP requirements and internal SOPs </li><li>Work closely with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Procurement, and Project teams to align shipment schedules </li><li>Track logistics costs and support cost control and optimization initiatives </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred </li><li>Approximately 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably within CDMO, biotech, pharma, or life sciences industries </li><li>Solid experience with international shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarder management </li><li>Familiarity with regulated environments (GMP/GDP) </li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline </li><li>Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel </li></ul> <p>Please note that this role is a full-time onsite role in Pennington, New Jersey.
