As an Engineer-In-Training for Roadway, you will support various transportation projects.</p> <p>What are the core responsibilities for the role?</p> <ul> <li>Support Project Managers and Engineers with engineering design tasks for various projects </li><li>Perform civil engineering design and associated calculations and interpret plans from other engineering-related disciplines </li><li>Apply technical expertise and be able to work with a project team on conventional and unconventional projects </li><li>Perform independent research and delegate changing priorities </li><li>Adhere to Horrocks safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment </li><li>Work in a collaborative team environment and deliver accurate work that is error-free </li><li>Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Junior or Senior Level College Coursework </li><li>Have a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines </li><li>Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers </li><li>Familiar with CAD drafting and Modeling.
