Under supervision, you'll help ensure our anesthesia providers have everything they need to deliver exceptional care.</p> <p>Why This Role Is Perfect for Students</p> <p>Designed for anesthesia tech students and student nurses exploring a career in anesthesia</p> <p>Direct access to the anesthesia team and real-time OR workflow</p> <p>Learn equipment, processes, and terminology that build a strong foundation for future roles</p> <p>Flexible casual scheduling to fit around school commitments</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a vital part of the perioperative support team, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Clean, disinfect, and prepare anesthesia equipment according to policy for rapid turnover.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available to support daily operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform terminal cleaning of anesthesia equipment and restock carts at day's end.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and organize cables, supplies, and equipment in the workroom.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with intra-operative blood delivery and return in accordance with transfusion policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Support prompt OR turnover between surgical cases.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver supplies and equipment immediately when requested by professional staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep all assigned areas clean, orderly, and ready for use at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare IV solutions and monitoring equipment as directed.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieve, prepare, and distribute equipment to support safe, efficient care.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth surgical operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Build your skills. Enrolled in an anesthesia tech program or an undergraduate nursing program.
