<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Lockton is seeking an experienced, dynamic Benefits and Billing Coordinator to play a critical role supporting an innovative, high growth healthcare client. This is a unique, embedded opportunity where you will have true ownership of benefits billing and invoice reconciliation, directly impacting accuracy, efficiency, and client success.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, is data-oriented, and takes pride in creating clean, reliable processes. You will leverage your hands-on Workday experience and advanced Excel skills to audit data, correct discrepancies, and partner closely with HR and benefits leaders to achieve success.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Manage high volume billing across multiple vendors </li><li>Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data </li><li>Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment </li><li>Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or inconsistencies </li><li>Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation </li><li>Support the client in Workday functions to include eligibility changes, corrections, and audits as a result from billing reviews </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing information </li><li>Maintain onsite presence at client to provide ongoing benefits support; communicate with Lockton management as needed </li><li>Provide general administrative support as needed </li><li>Attend internal meetings/education programs </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <p>Lockton Companies LLC is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits and complies with all relevant state/local pay transparency laws.
