Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.</p> <p>You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.</p> <p>Expected to be a subject matter expert, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.</p> <p>You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.</p> <p>Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> <p>Master proficiency in Kotlin Programming Language is required.</p> <p>Expert proficiency in React Native is recommended.</p> <p>Expert proficiency in Spring Boot, AWS Athena, AWS Neptune, and Selenium Automation is suggested.</p> <p>Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs.</p> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</p> <p>Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.</p> <p>Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience</p> <p>Role will require flexibility to work across US time zones. 100% remote.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of five years of experience with mobile application development including experience with Kotlin, React Native, Spring Boot, IOS Android Development, Front End or Back End skills </li><li>A minimum of two years of experience in a global delivery environment </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Financial application development experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
