<p>Female Drug Screening Representative (Part-Time)</p> <p>Location: covers both Harlan and Pineville, KY</p> <p>Pay: $17.00 per hour</p> <p>About Averhealth</p> <p>At Averhealth, our mission is to help people achieve lasting recovery. If you're passionate about helping others and want to start a meaningful career, we'd love to have you on our team.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Female Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. You'll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet and check in patients at the testing center </li><li>Conduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements </li><li>Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site </li><li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards </li><li>Occasionally provide coverage at nearby locations (within 45 miles) </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Part-time: under 20 hours per week </li><li>Must have flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs </li><li>Primary hours: 2 days per week from 7:45am-10:00am in Harlan AND 2 days per week from 8:15am-11:15am in Pineville, KY </li><li>Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance </li></ul> <p>What We Offer Part-Time Employees</p> <ul> <li>Guaranteed 1.25% raise every 6 months </li><li>401(k) with employer match </li><li>Annual uniform reimbursement (scrubs) </li><li>Instant access to earned wages - no waiting for payday </li><li>Referral bonuses </li><li>Shift coverage bonuses ($50 per covered shift with less than 48-hour notice) </li><li>Supportive team culture and career growth opportunities - many of our leaders started in this role </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods </li><li>Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Averhealth is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
