<p>Mission-Critical Support</p> <p>The System Support Technician is the go-to force for Tier 1-2 technology support, keeping teammates productive across hardware, software, and core enterprise systems. This role exists to restore service fast, elevate the user experience, and strengthen reliable IT operations.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include owning incidents and service requests end-to-end; diagnosing issues across desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, and business apps; escalating complex problems and tracking them through closure; provisioning and maintaining accounts/access in Active Directory / Entra ID; supporting onboarding/offboarding with secure access changes; assisting with endpoint management via Intune/Autopilot; monitoring scheduled processes and file transfers; performing backups/restores and retransmissions; and contributing to security, audit evidence, and PCI DSS-aligned controls.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office.</p> <p>Required qualifications/skills:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years IT support experience; Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) </li><li>Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-focused communication </li><li>Familiarity with Windows 10/11, ITSM tools (e.g., SysAid), Defender/CrowdStrike, BitLocker, MFA, TCP/IP </li></ul> <p>Your Daily Momentum</p> <p>You start with a quick scan of the ticket queue and system alerts, then jump into a mix of fast wins and deeper investigations-keeping stakeholders updated as you go.
