By joining Jacobs, you'll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. </li><li>Extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies </li><li>Multi-discipline design management experience </li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral </li><li>Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 6 months </li></ul> <p>Ideally, You'll Also Have:</p> <ul> <li>More than 20 years project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) </li><li>Willingness to work with and mentor younger staff to develop their project management skills </li><li>Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis </li><li>Master's Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. </li></ul> <p>#LI-AD2</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>120,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>180,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $180,000.00.
