<p>Location: Oak Ridge, TN</p> <p>Job Title: Data Analysis Associate</p> <p>Career Level From: Associate</p> <p>Career Level To: Senior Associate</p> <p>Job Specialty: Data Analysis</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>The Human Resources (HR) People Analytics & Data Strategy team sets HR strategy, manages HR deliverables, fosters integration between HR organizations to create synergy, and provides data analysis and visualization to support mission delivery. We are looking for a skilled Data Visualization Specialist to help our team continue to interpret data and translate it into a clear and compelling visual format. The Data Visualization Specialist will work with HR organizational leaders to collect, analyze, and interpret large scale data to create a story of our business and actionable data outputs. You will partner with business and mission area stakeholders to analyze company human resource data to develop and execute strategic initiatives. In this role, you will acquire data, clean and organize it for analysis, analyze the data to identify trends and patterns, and create visuals that can drive business decisions.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.</p> <p>This position may require entry into the Material Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (10 C.F.R. Part 712), which requires successful competition of a DOE counterintelligence evaluation and may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.</p> <p>This position may be categorized as a "designated position" identified by 10 C.F.R. Part 709, requiring successful completion of a DOE counterintelligence evaluation that may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.</p> <p>CNS is a drug-free workplace.
