We are looking for a skilled Data Visualization Specialist to help our team continue to interpret data and translate it into a clear and compelling visual format. The Data Visualization Specialist will work with HR organizational leaders to collect, analyze, and interpret large scale data to create a story of our business and actionable data outputs. You will partner with business and mission area stakeholders to analyze company human resource data to develop and execute strategic initiatives. In this role, you will acquire data, clean and organize it for analysis, analyze the data to identify trends and patterns, and create visuals that can drive business decisions.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
