This role is common in organizations undergoing digital transformation, where they oversee the lifecycle of data deliverables from inception to completion.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Project Governance & Execution: Lead the delivery of data workstreams, such as migrations, synchronizations, or system upgrades, while managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. </li><li>Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. </li><li>Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional squads-including data engineers, analysts, and QA-to optimize data pipelines and reporting dashboards. </li><li>Impediment Removal: Actively identify and resolve "blockers" or technical risks that impact the team's ability to deliver high-quality data products. </li><li>Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all data solutions align with governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory requirements ( </li><li>Process Improvement: Drive the adoption of Agile or hybrid methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and process maturity. </li></ul> <p>Typical Requirements & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience: in delivery, project management, or data-related roles. </li><li>Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/MicroStrategy). </li><li>Frameworks: Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. </li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field; professional certifications like PMP or CSM are highly valued </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Skills: Program Management .</p> <p>Experience: >10 YEARS .</p> <p>The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .</p> <p>Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
