<p>Title: Temporary - Workforce and Community Development Trainers (Pool)</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Nashville State Community College is seeking qualified trainers for its Workforce and Community Development Programs. These programs provide tailored education and training for professional advancement, as well as personal enrichment courses and workshops, in the communities we serve. Workforce and Community Development Trainers are responsible for delivering quality instruction to individuals and industry partners. Courses are held on days, evenings and weekends. Hours, as well as assigned campus or work site, may vary.</p> <p>Current/Typical Instructional Areas:</p> <p>Beginning ESL</p> <p>Child Development Associate</p> <p>Basic Kurdish</p> <p>Certified Registered Central Service Technician</p> <p>Patient Care Technician</p> <p>MS Office</p> <p>Leadership Training</p> <p>Information Technology</p> <p>Culinary Workshops</p> <p>Advanced Manufacturing</p> <p>Real Estate Development Trainer</p> <p>This is not an all-inclusive list of instructional areas. Actual courses may vary depending on community or industry demand.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Teach courses as assigned. May develop curricula and instructional materials. Maintain and submit course records as required.</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Expertise and experience in the specified instructional area. Preference may be given to current faculty and staff of the College who possess the required qualifications.</p> <p>Rate of Pay: Varies by course and instructional area</p> <p>Work Hours: Up to 28 hour per week.
