We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a passionate team focused on advancing cancer treatment solutions through cutting-edge biotechnology.</p> <p>Pay: $59/hr. | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, hybrid role</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze aspects of current systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for enhancement. </li><li>Manage one or two process improvement or integration projects. </li><li>Take responsibility for project deliverables, project plans, status reports, and the gathering and documentation of requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with multiple internal departments on a wide scope of project management and analysis efforts. </li><li>Support project planning sessions and post-project reviews, providing project managers and team with practical guidance for creating the highest levels of project performance. </li><li>Consolidate and refine project status into program-level and senior management reports. </li><li>Drive process and requirement definition to facilitate the selection and use of appropriate project management technologies. </li><li>Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6-9 years of experience with BA </li><li>4-7 years of experience with MBA </li><li>1-2 years of Project Management experience </li><li>Medical device experience or highly regulated industry experience preferred </li><li>PMP certification preferred </li></ul> <p>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).</p> <p>Advance your career while contributing to life-changing medical technology.
