<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Department of Communication at Worcester State University invites applications for an adjunct instructor position beginning this Fall 2021 in TV Production.</p> <p>The course meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am-12:00pm, beginning on September 8th - December 8th, 2021.</p> <p>The course teaches students the basics of television studio production, including visualization and sequencing of short scripts, sound, graphics, lighting, and technical direction. Students are taught in a digital television studio, and will have access to editing suites and video equipment. Studio technicians will provide the instructor with support for the class.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Applicants must have a Master's Degree or MFA, or Ph.D.</p> <p>Teaching experience at the college level preferred.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Worcester State University is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer which seeks to reflect the diversity of its community.</p> <p>It is the policy of Worcester State University that all employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 before they begin employment.
