Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>Pomperaug Woods is recruiting for a Part Time Maintenance Tech to join our team!</p> <p>24 hours a week 3 days - 8am-4:30pm</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. </li><li>Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Performs routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Performs minor building and equipment repairs. </li><li>Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. </li><li>Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts as assigned. </li><li>Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. </li><li>Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Performs routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Performs minor building and equipment repairs. </li><li>Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. </li><li>Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>High School Education. Technical Schooling and/or background Preferred, ability to understand and follow instruction in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic. </li><li>One Year maintenance experience necessary. </li></ul>
