Reporting to the Program Manager or Program Director, the Program Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to program participants while upholding quality standards, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. With a focus on frontline operations, staff development, and participant engagement, the Program Supervisor contributes significantly to the achievement of program goals and the organization's overall mission impact.</p> <p>Program Management:</p> <ul> <li>Runs and works specified reports at designated intervals to ensure that services meet billable requirements. </li><li>Oversees quality and quantity of services provided by program </li><li>Manages daily operation of program(s) </li><li>Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures, and best practices are met </li><li>Implements policies and procedures for the operation of the program and assists with the development thereof. </li><li>Ensures compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors </li><li>Liaisons with other portions of the service system. </li></ul> <p>Marketing and Recruitment</p> <ul> <li>Participates in the marketing, development and expansion of programs (e.g. developing programs and proposals to expand services) </li><li>Oversees recruitment and new hire onboarding processes. </li></ul> <p>Staff Management:</p> <ul> <li>Provides ongoing guidance, mentoring, supervision, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures. </li><li>Interviews and recommend prospective candidates for open departmental positions </li><li>Recommends and/or makes decisions in personnel-related matters (performance review, disciplinary actions, and terminations). Merakey welcomes all Veterans to apply!</p> <p>Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in behavioral science discipline or related field from an accredited university, knowledge of child/adolescent development and experience working with children and adolescents, and families with mental health, drug and alcohol, and other emotional disabilities. 1 year's supervisory experience with 1-3 years' experience working in a mental health, drug and alcohol or educational setting required. Fiscal knowledge and management skills required. PA Childline and FBI clearances required.</p>
