<p>Job Title: Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee 5-7 projects simultaneously. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to define project requirements, developing execution plans, and working with project engineers to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will control internal costs, manage subcontractors, and ensure customer specifications are met.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee 5-7 projects at a time. </li><li>Collaborate with sales to define project requirements at the beginning of each project. </li><li>Develop project execution plans. </li><li>Work with assigned project engineers and teams to execute the scope of work. </li><li>Control internal equipment and labor costs, as well as deliveries. </li><li>Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery control. </li><li>Ensure projects satisfy the proposed scope of work and customer specifications. </li><li>Interface with customers for reporting and issue resolution. </li><li>Provide status, spending, and schedule reports to internal and external customers. </li><li>Travel to customer sites 25% of the time, primarily in the northeast coast. </li><li>Manage automation projects ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000. </li><li>Hold weekly project team meetings and provide customer updates. </li><li>Ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to and controlled. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of project management experience in an industrial environment. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. </li><li>Experience with electrical engineered systems and solutions. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with PLC, drives, and HMI products. </li><li>Experience in metals processing and construction. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in an office environment with occasional visits to the shop floor, though this will be rare. The role requires onsite presence five days a week. The Project Manager will be part of a team consisting of 4-6 members and will work closely with customers and internal teams.
