<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>This position is #hybrid open to Jacksonville, FL, or St Louis, MO</p> <p>You will conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets based on the needs of the business and as directed by Project Managers.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Some Essential Functions of this Position:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design assets for presentations, ads, sales materials, and digital platforms (web, video, social).</p> </li><li> <p>Translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals aligned with brand and client goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Create infographics from proprietary research.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with project managers to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and revise designs accordingly.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain organized design files per marketing SOPs.</p> </li><li> <p>Track project progress using Monday.com.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Minimum Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required. </li></ul> <p>Experience Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of experience as a graphic designer on a corporate marketing or creative team. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated success in fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Design impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>After Effects, Premiere video/motion design experience a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Portfolio or examples of work required .</p> </li></ul> <p>#DiscoverYourPath</p> <p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Acosta is a part of Acosta Group - a collective of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.</p> <p>Specializing in retail sales services, digital strategy, and business intelligence, Acosta empowers brands to thrive in the world of omnichannel shopping.
