<p>West Bridgewater is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our student services team in a districtwide role serving students from preschool through grade 12. The BCBA will work collaboratively with administrators, educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective, evidence-based behavioral supports that promote student success.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <p>Provide clinical oversight by consulting with and coaching school staff on implementing strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) across various classroom settings</p> <p>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)</p> <p>Support crisis response and de-escalation planning across the district</p> <p>Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend team meetings as needed</p> <p>Provide ongoing training and professional development to staff in the areas of behavior management</p> <p>Provide ongoing supervision of district RBTs</p> <p>Collaborate with outside agencies and service providers as appropriate Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field</p> <p>Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and met the Consulting Supervisor Requirements to oversee RBTs</p> <p>Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervision experience in private or public school setting</p> <p>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</p>
