We are seeking full-time team member to bring energy and enthusiasm to our vibrant resort!</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As an Activities Coordinator, you will…</p> <ul> <li>Planning, coordinating, and supervising activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, dinners, and crafts. </li><li>Set-up and clean-up after events. </li><li>Maintain a sheet tracking attendance for each activity. </li><li>Train team members and volunteers. </li><li>Distribute the weekly newsletter to resort guests. </li><li>Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition. </li><li>Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Education. </li><li>Experience in event or recreational planning preferred. (Think planning sorority or fraternity events.) </li><li>Enjoys working with adults and children of all ages. </li><li>Strong planning, organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>Ability to work well independently as well as on a team. </li><li>Ability to multitask. </li><li>Flexible schedule.
