In this role, you won't just be moving dirt-you'll be the technical engine behind large-scale renewable energy land development projects. You will work in a high-collaboration environment, taking ownership of project life cycles from initial planning through final permitting.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design & Modeling: Lead the preparation of planning, design, and permitting documents for renewable energy infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. </li><li>Project Leadership: Own the creation and modification of critical engineering documents, including detailed site plans, cost estimates, and technical specifications. </li><li>Technical Writing: Author and review high-level reports, including feasibility studies, stormwater management plans (SWPPP), and utility assessments. </li><li>Collaboration: Act as a key technical resource in project meetings, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education & Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. EIT certification is preferred, with a clear path/timeline to obtaining your PE license within 12 months.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in site/civil design, with a focus on:</p> </li><li> <p>Site planning and grading.</p> </li><li> <p>Stormwater management and drainage design.</p> </li><li> <p>Soil erosion and sediment control.</p> </li><li> <p>Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
