<p>Overview</p> <p>The Business Application Developer is an agent of change who works collaboratively with the development team and business partners to design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and service business solutions.</p> <p>This role is a remote opportunity working within the Wisconsin footprint. Occassional need to be in-person for team meetings and corporate events. Candidate must be within driveable commute to Racine, WI.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Position Specific Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Actively participate in projects and initiatives following defined Agile development methodologies and standards. </li><li>Work with business partners to define technical requirements for the development and implementation of useful technology solutions. </li><li>Design and build technology solutions leveraging appropriate development technologies while adhering to standards to prevent security vulnerabilities. </li><li>Monitor solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness as well as minimize downtime. </li><li>Maintain appropriate levels of privacy for customer and corporate data. </li><li>Provide timely and effective support for internally developed solutions. </li><li>Document technical requirements and designs for solutions as well as related support information. </li><li>Effectively communicate technology concepts to business partners as appropriate. </li><li>Participate in educational opportunities to keep current with industry trends and advancements.
