<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of the Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania and of Trinity Health, conveniently located in northeast Philadelphia, is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioner candidates for positions in the Emergency Department.</p> <p>The Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner is a health care provider who, working collaboratively within the healthcare team, is responsible for providing care to both well and ill patients. The Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner educates patients and/or their families in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health and intervene in acute or chronic illness.
