Our worldwide teams ensure a secure, resource-conserving "Electrification 4.0" throughout our digital power monitoring solutions and products for switching, protecting, monitoring, and controlling low voltage loads.</p> <p>We are looking for new engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Development Program (Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products). This is a two-year rotational position comprised of four, six-months rotations across our various SI EP offices. Potential rotation locations include Peachtree Corners, GA; Grand Prairie, TX; Hingham, MA; Juarez, Mexico; Monterrey, Mexico; Broken Arrow, OK; and Bellefontaine, OH.</p> <p>Upon completion of this two-year rotational development program, you will move into a designated role as an Applications Engineer with our team in Grand Prairie, Texas.</p> <p>You'll make an impact by:</p> <ul> <li>Creating new products, technologies, and applications, and driving the design control process for low voltage controls and power distribution systems. </li><li>Introducing new ideas and strategies that stimulate innovation and drive progress, while actively learning from and integrating the experiences and insights of others.
