Our worldwide teams ensure a secure, resource-conserving "Electrification 4.0" throughout our digital power monitoring solutions and products for switching, protecting, monitoring, and controlling low voltage loads.</p> <p>We are looking for new engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Development Program (Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products). This is a two-year rotational position comprised of four, six-months rotations across our various SI EP offices. Potential rotation locations include Peachtree Corners, GA; Grand Prairie, TX; Hingham, MA; Juarez, Mexico; Monterrey, Mexico; Broken Arrow, OK; and Bellefontaine, OH.</p> <p>Upon completion of this two-year rotational development program, you will move into a designated role as an Applications Engineer with our team in Grand Prairie, Texas.</p> <p>You'll make an impact by:</p> <ul> <li>Creating new products, technologies, and applications, and driving the design control process for low voltage controls and power distribution systems. </li><li>Introducing new ideas and strategies that stimulate innovation and drive progress, while actively learning from and integrating the experiences and insights of others. This dynamic and collaborative exchange ensures that individual contributions are both valued and enhanced by our team's collective wisdom. </li><li>Rotating through functional areas like design, research, application engineering, manufacturing engineering, business development and market analysis, and software/hardware development. </li></ul> <p>You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial/Industrial Systems Engineering: graduating no earlier than December 2023 and no later than June 2025. </li><li>Available to begin full-time employment by July 7, 2025. </li><li>A desire to impact the future and contribute to the resiliency and success of our company, customers, and world. </li><li>Resourcefulness and the drive to challenge yourself to find the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges. </li><li>Strong capacity for leadership as demonstrated in campus and/or community roles. </li><li>Must relocate domestically and internationally for each assigned rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program. </li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorship. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Preferred GPA: 3.0 or higher. </li><li>Experience with circuit breakers, switchgear, switchboards, power monitoring systems, or other electrical power control/distribution technology is a plus! </li></ul> <p>We offer you:</p> <ul> <li>A remarkable opportunity to cultivate a successful engineering career path within Siemens. </li><li>Dedicated experiences that develop your technical proficiencies, grow a strong network of colleagues across various departments and business units, enhance your leadership skills, and receive mentorship with exposure to senior leaders. </li><li>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
