<p>Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking a Scrum Master.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Scrum Master will implement and maintain Agile frameworks and practices within assigned teams </li><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives </li><li>Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement </li><li>Identify and help remove impediments to team progress </li><li>Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders </li><li>Support backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking </li><li>The Scrum Master will use data and metrics to drive process improvements and team performance </li><li>Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to align on best practices and delivery goals* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>5+ years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role </li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification </li><li>Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management principles </li><li>Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align </li><li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Experience working in a technology delivery environment </li><li>Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflicts effectively </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting Kanban teams and managing cross-team dependencies </li><li>Familiarity with release management and change control processes </li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience using delivery metrics to guide improvements </li><li>Business acumen and ability to align team efforts with strategic goals </li><li>Experience working with data and analytics teams is a plus </li></ul>
