To learn more about Capstone Academy click here.</p> <p>Why Choose Capstone Academy:</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Maintain and update bookkeeping at the school and oversee the accounting process.</p> <p>Maintain receptionist responsibilities and support an office environment that is supportive to visitors, parents, and students.</p> <p>Ensure that security procedures are strictly followed by overseeing the visitor management system.</p> <p>Complete correspondence, memoranda, and reports for the school principal, as well as maintain the calendar and appointments for school leadership.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Associate degree and/or 2-4 years' experience in an office or school-related administrative position.</p> <p>Proficient with Microsoft Office products.</p> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>National Heritage Academies is an equal-opportunity employer.</p> <p>$ 17.15 to $ 21.20 will be the pay range and is commensurate with experience, education, and market as defined by NHA. The pay range listed is just one component of NHA's total compensation package.
