<p>Corporate Communications is seeking a talented project manager to join our highly-engaged, dynamic Corporate website team. Vanguard's Company Information and Insights website directly supports Corporate Communications' mission to strengthen and protect Vanguard's reputation. It is the primary channel for distributing Vanguard's thought leadership, perspectives and news, as well as Vanguard's company information. This role will lead technology, content, and design initiatives from the product roadmap that directly support enterprise, divisional, and departmental goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a diverse team of creative resources and building collaborative relationships with multiple business and IT partners. In addition, this role will support the day-to-day work of the site, including page building, managing content, troubleshooting issues, testing enhancements, and managing elevations. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and the website technology stack is a plus.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with corporate site team, Marketing Technology, and stakeholders to create user experience transformations that drive significant change to the experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage technical, user experience, and content projects for the Corporate website from inception to delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and approve content in Adobe Experience Manager, author complex pages, submit content to Advertising Compliance, upload assets to the DAM, maintain durable site content monthly, quarterly, annually, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the product roadmap on a monthly and quarterly basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and spearhead process improvements, and maintain issues backlog.</p> </li><li> <p>PM system enhancements and fixes: submit tickets to the dev team, provide requirements, test enhancements, approve for elevation.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.</p> </li><li> <p>Support site and platform elevation activities, including after hours.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in ongoing business planning and prioritization activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Five years related work experience.
