The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a relationship business; get to know customers and genuinely care about their financial well-being by providing solutions to meet their needs.</p> <p>Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.</p> <p>Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.</p> <p>Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.</p> <p>Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.</p> <p>Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.</p> <p>Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.</p> <p>Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.</p> <p>Basic math skills, PC and typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency.</p> <p>Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.</p> <p>Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.</p> <p>Look for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner.</p> <p>Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.</p> <p>Must be available to work all throughout the year. This is not a seasonal only position.</p>
